Item was in really bad condition, worse than expected. Pages were torn, bent badly, there were watermarks all over it. I would not have bought it if I knew it was in such bad shape. They should have told me the exact condition it was in. It was not worth what I paid for it.

This book was delivered right on time, and in GREAT condition.
The only thing I was dissappointed in was, the new books comes in shrink wrap attatched with the 5 cds, and unfortunetly the cds were not attached like I thought.
But on the other hand, the book is great, Came on time just like it was promised, I needed this book for college, and the price was reasonable, just wish the cds came with it.
