Amazon.com Review Find out for yourself why virtually everyone you know has this book, described as an "adventure in pursuit of a spiritual mystery", on their coffee table. In the tradition of Carlos Castaneda's The Teachings of Don Juan.
Product Description You have never read a book like this before -- a book that comes along once in a lifetime to change lives forever.
In the rain forests of Peru, an ancient manuscript has been discovered. Within its pages are 9 key insights into life itself -- insights each human being is predicted to grasp sequentially; one insight, then another, as we move toward a completely spiritual culture on Earth. Drawing on ancient wisdom, it tells you how to make connections among the events happening in your life right now and lets you see what is going to happen to you in the years to come. The story it tells is a gripping one of adventure and discovery, but it is also a guidebook that has the power to crystallize your perceptions of why you are where you are in life and to direct your steps with a new energy and optimisim as you head into tomorrow.

THE WORST BOOK EVER WRITTEN December 22, 2008 Mohamjip 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was given 2 copies of this book, because it was popular at the time and it was my birthday. The writing was very poor. The ideas in the book had such great potential to be a good story, but I couldn't get past the poor writing. Also, there isn't anything new in the book that hasn't been expounded by yogis and shamans throughout history. Don't read the book, unless you have been in a coma for most of your life and have very limited reading abilities.
WAKE UP AND REREAD OR READ THIS BOOK NOW December 18, 2008 Janet Straightarrow (Morristown, NJ) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
The prophecy is now! We have all of these gifts and abilities innately and they are now awakening in even the most unlikely people. Life makes sense. I never worried about the prose or structure of this. It has been a major awakener of many. Jesus spoke of some of these things two thousand years ago. Read the next two books... Especially Shamaballa to be happy, and healthy and free. Healing ego and self occurs through the process of main character. For spiritual seekers and those who look into living in the now. I recommend this series to all of my students. There is much hidden Ancient wisdom and truth in the body of story. This is how teachings can sneak in.Wake up and don't go back to sleep. Life is truly an adventure. You write your own story of how it plays out.
A Waste, complete disappointment.... December 14, 2008 Jeffrey Roberts (Long Island, New York United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
WHAT IS ALL THE HOOPLA ABOUT? I PICKED UP THIS BOOK, WITH THE EXCITEMENT THAT SHOULD GO TO THE LARGEST SELLING BOOK IN THE PAST TWO YEARS AND WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED. SHOCKED THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY GOT THROUGH IT. WHAT DID I MISS? WHERE WAS THIS GREAT? I FOUND IT POORLY WRITTEN, AND REALLY ABOUT NOTHING. TELL ME WHAT I MISSED.
A Fascinating Ride Strewn With Divine Truths December 10, 2008 Alex Hutchinson (Carver, MA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Very rarely would I credit a novel for making an impact in my life but this one surely did. The concept of coincidence as a subconscious guide was probably the biggest shock. At first reading I thought the idea was absurd but My UNedited Life has allowed for such experiences that there can be few other explanations. The lush Peruvian mountains and unusual mystic characters allow the reader to nestle up with the divine truths that ease the mind into this fascinating ride. A great tale, a timeless novel.
Eye-opener November 24, 2008 Grange Curtis (Nigeria) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Do you wonder about your purpose here on earth, at this time, in your family, in your school or workplace? Well, this book is for you. It not only held me captivated, it opened some areas of awareness in my subconscious. This book is making me a better and efficient person, day after day. Buy it or lend it but ensure you READ IT with an open mind.
